Necessary Equipmets

White colour tank made of plastic (size between 100 L - 400 L)

For blue colour plastic barrel, cover its mouth with transparent plastic sheet

Small size white colour plastic can (size between 5 L - 35 L)

The dark red colour incdicates the completion of culture process.

Ingredients for making 200 L of AS

• Growth powder 350 gm
• Activation powder 200 gm
• Salt 200 gm
• Amino Solution (original) 20 L
• Water 180 L

And also

• Plastic barrel or white colour tank
• Transparent plastic sheet (when using plastic barel)

Dissolve 350 gm of Growth powder, 200 gm of Activation powder, and 200 gm of salt in a 200 L size wide mouthed blue colour plastic barrel and make it up to 180 L. Stir the solution to dissolve. Thereafter, add 20 L of original Amino Solution to the barrel and stir once again thoroughly. Cover the mouth of the barrel with transparent plastic sheet tightly to create an airtight condition. Keep the barrel under direct sunlight for 10-15days with intermittent stirring once in a day till the solution becomes dark reddish colour.

If the solution needs to be stored for more than 1 month, shift the solution in the black colour airtight plastic container and store inside the room. The storage is possible for maximum 6 months.

Note: Of 200 L solution, about 20 L should be kept separately. It is used for the next preparation of AS.

Gas generation

AS always emits peculiar smell during its preparation time. This smell is actually a sulpheric substance generated by the effect of electron exchange in the solution. However, it is totally harmless, and one can safely use it for any application. Stirring the solution daily, so that, sulpheric reaction reduces gradually.

The sulpher builds the healthy body of fruits and flowers.
